Topic:
MIRACLE (41) By B.B.John

In Capernaum, right inside the synagogue on the Sabbath day, as Jesus was teaching with authority, a man with an unclean spirits cried out:

"... Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? Art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God." (Mark 1:24)

I want you to note the following concerning this man:

1. He was a church goer. He was on seat in the synagogue when Jesus was ministering. TRUTH NO.1: "You Can Be A Church Person and Still Have Problem With Demonic attack such as possession, oppression, and obsession."

2. It wasn't the man that was talking to Jesus to leave him alone. It was the voice of the unclean spirit that dwelled in him. TRUTH NO.2: "Demons Sometimes Speak Through Their Victims."

3. The unclean spirit wanted to be left alone. TRUTH NO.3: "Demons don't like to be disturbed when they are in occupation and operation."

4. The speaking demon didn't want to have anything to do with Jesus.TRUTH NO.4: "Evil spirits hate have a deal with Jesus Christ and any Spirit filled believer."

5. Demons know Jesus. TRUTH NO.5: "It's spiritual blindness that makes some people ignorant of the identity of Christ."

DELIVERANCE GOTTEN

Jesus had no time replying to the demonic rhetorics. He rebuked the speaking demon to keep quiet and cast it out.

"... Hold your peace and come out of him." (vs. 25)

That was all He said and the man was free. Ever!

This is my word for all Church people presently facing a demonic attract: Let go of religion and lay hold on Jesus. By the authority vested in His name, unclean spirits still bow and obey.
