My life's testimony
2 years ago, August 2023, I went to collect my graduation degree from my college but instead of receiving my degree, I was informed that my somehow my previous semester was not clear (I was flabbergasted). For 1.5 years I kept running to college, enquiring when and how can the document be rectified. Then in December 2024, I was told that I had to retake two exams in January 2025. I took the exams and once again passed them, received my results in April 2025 and today I finally received my rectified marksheets and my degree.
I give all the glory and honour to the Lord for holding me through the chaos and through the nights I cried myself to sleep. There were days when I was depressed and couldn't find any motivation to live and yet He held me through it all, giving me strength. I kept asking myself, "Am I not worthy? Do I not deserve anything good? Lord, why me? Lord, am I not your child?" And the day I received my results, I was on knees thanking Lord with tears streaming down my face and then Lord whispered, "My child, you are not unworthy or undeserving. It just wasn't the right time for you. You are mine and I never left you."
