Romans 7:12-18 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.

Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceedingly sinful.

For we know that the law is spiritual; but I am carnal, sold under sin.

For that which I do I allow not; for what I would, that I do not; but what I hate, that do I.

If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.

Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

For I know that In me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing; for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

Romans 6:12-18 Let no sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.

Neither yield ye your members as instruments unrighteousness unto sin; but yield yourselves unto god, as those who are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

For sin will not have dominion over you; for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.

Know ye not, that to whom you yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey, whether sin unto death, or obedience unto righteousness?

But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered to you.

Being made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
