THEME: GOD'S PERCEPTION OF WHO YOU ARE
TEXT: Judge 6 vs 14 - 15
And the LORD looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the Midianites: have not I sent thee?15 - And he said unto him, Oh my Lord, wherewith shall I save Israel? behold, my family is poor in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father's house.

You can not control what people say about you or how they see you. Gideon hard a poor perception of who he was because he judged his life based on his family background but God has a different perception of who he was. You can not identify your by mistakes, flaws and weaknesses. There is something about you that is deeper than that.

Your true identity is not how you see yourself or what people say about you. You true identity is God's perception of who we are in him according to the destiny and the purpose he desires us to fulfill. While Gideon thought he was the least in his family, God was seeing a man who would save Isreal from the midianites, God was seeing mighty man of valor and it never made sense to Gideon himself.

You can not become what you do not see yourself becoming, until you begin to yourself the way God see you, you can not become what God ordained for you in eternity. It is easy to settle for less because we have not seen ourselves in what God wants us to be. This is why many have low self-esteem, they have self doubt yet in eternity God has ordained them to be the saviour of their generation. They are the answer to someone's prayer.

PRAYER
Holy Spirit open my eye to see myself the way you see me. I will judge myself my past failures or mistakes but only what you say about me in Jesus mighty name AMEN
