"OUR RIGHTEOUS DEAD ARE NOT IN HEAVEN"
When Jesus returns in the clouds to take the righteous home, the Dead In Christ will be ressurrected from thier graves first to meet the Lord in the air. Then those righteous alive will join, together to meet the Lord in the air..
That's what the Bible says in 1 Thessolonians 4:16, 17 "For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air".
The dead in Christ will not come from heaven or those wicked dead will not come from hell or purgatory..No dead has gone to heaven or hell. There is no middle place called purgatory.
They are Not looking down on earth from heaven on us. Neither are their spirits moving around the around amongst us seeing what we are doing......
The Bible describes Death as only a Sleep. As the bible says in John 11:11-14 "“Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep; but I am going there to wake him up.”
12 His disciples replied, “Lord, if he sleeps, he will get better.” 13 Jesus had been speaking of his death, but his disciples thought he meant natural sleep. 14 So then he told them plainly, “Lazarus is dead. -For dust you are, to dust you shall return. -[Genesis 3:19]

If we claim to be followers of Jesus Christ as our Lord, Saviour and coming King, we should diligence and obedience children of his written, the bible and bible alone, as it is "without adding or subtacting from it..If we claim to love our Jesus, we should be propelled by his love to follow him by the Bible Way..-[John 14:6, John 14:15, John 15:14].
