This assurance calls us to live with integrity, separating ourselves from sin and anything that opposes His will. Knowing that we are recognized by God Himself gives us confidence to stand firm in faith, no matter the trials or pressures of life. Departing from iniquity is not just avoiding obvious sins — it is a lifestyle of holiness, obedience, and reverence. Every thought, word, and action can reflect God’s standard, demonstrating that we truly belong to Him. When we align our lives with His Word, we strengthen our foundation and become a living testimony of His faithfulness. God’s people are called to stand strong, not by human strength, but by His Spirit.
