1 Thessalonians 5:16-22 Rejoice always,
Pray continually,
give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
Do not quench the Spirit.
Do not treat prophecies with contempt
but test them all; hold on to what is good,
reject every kind of evil.
2 Corinthians 6:4-10 Rather, as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way; in great endurance; in troubles, hardships and distresses;
in beatings, imprisonments and riots; in hard work, sleepless nights and hunger;
in purity, understanding, patience and kindness; in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love;
in truthful speech and in the power of God; with weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left;
through glory and dishonor, bad report and good report; genuine, yet regarded as impostors;
known, yet regarded as unknown; dying, and yet we live on; beaten, and yet not killed;
sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.
Ephesians 6:17-18 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests, with this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people.
1 Thessalonians 4:1-5 Masters, provide your slaves with what is right and fair, because you know that you also have a Master in heaven.

Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.
And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains.
Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should,
Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity.
1 Peter 2:15-17 For it is God's will that by doing good you should silence the ignorant talk of foolish people.
Live as free people, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as God's slaves.
Show proper respect to everyone, love the family of believers, fear God, honor the emperor.
On denying the Incarnation
1 John 4:1-3 Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because may false prophets have gone out into the world.
This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God; Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Chrsit has come in the flesh is from God,
but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even is already in the world.
Philippians 4:8-9 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things.
Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me--put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
