You Are Worthy of His Love

Pastor Joseph Clark

“The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.”
– Romans 8:16

Brothers and sisters, pause for a moment and let this truth settle in your heart: you are loved by God. You are not just accepted—you are cherished, delighted in, and called His child.

The world tells us we’re not enough. Our own hearts replay our failures and sins. Yet Scripture speaks louder:

“See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are.”
– 1 John 3:1

Salvation was never earned by strength or good works—it is the free gift of God.

“For by grace you have been saved through faith… it is the gift of God.”
– Ephesians 2:8–9

In Christ, we are washed clean, made holy, and set apart. As Isaiah promises:

“Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.”
– Isaiah 1:18

And we are never abandoned. God declares:

“I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
– Deuteronomy 31:6

So live today as one who is loved, chosen, and secure in Christ. When guilt rises, remember the cross. When you feel alone, remember His presence. When the world divides, remember—we are one family in Jesus.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for calling us Your children. Help us to live in the joy of Your love, secure in Your grace, and united as one in Christ. Strengthen us to walk faithfully until the day we are with You in glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
