1 Thessalonians 4:7 -God did not call us to live an impure life but a Holy one ......The fact that God has called us doesn't just mean invited but it implies into a saving relationship with Himself. This implies who we are, we are God's people

"Impure life " This is a life that is not pure its full of sexual immorality and corrupt behaviors. God did not call us so that we can take advantage of his kindness and live a life like this. Romans 2:4 states that we should not despise the riches of his kindness and forbearance

"but a holy life " a holy life is the exact opposite of an impure life. We should be set apart we should be dedicated to God. It's a positional status wherby God has declared us Holy through Christ and also a practical process we are to become holy through our daily conduct this is the very purpose of God's call
