Yet he said there was one thing he desired most: to stay in God’s presence. This teaches us a powerful truth: what we desire most shapes how we live. If our main focus is on money, fame, or pleasure, we may miss God’s best for us. But if our deepest desire is to know Him and stay close to Him, everything else falls into place. God’s presence brings peace, joy, and guidance. When we put Him first, He directs our steps and satisfies our hearts in ways the world cannot. 🔎 1. Desire God’s Presence First Make being with Him your priority. 📖 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:33) 🔎 2. Delight in His Beauty Take time to worship and admire His goodness. 📖 “Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.” (Psalm 29:2) 🔎 3. Ask for His Guidance Bring your questions and decisions to Him. 📖 “In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” (Proverbs 3:6) 🌿 Today’s Reminder: Life is full of many desires, but only one thing truly satisfies—living daily in God’s presence. 🛐 Prayer Point: Lord, Give me a heart that desires You above everything else.
