Lo scorso 28 luglio, a Loreto, nella Basilica della "Santa casa", una Pastora protestante ha presenziato alla celebrazione della Messa legata all'evento del "Giubileo dei giovani"; anzichè cogliere l'aspetto "distensivo" della questione, sono cominciate le consuete bufere mediatiche. Per ora il polverone (come riscontrabile dall'articolo nel link) lo stanno sollevando gli ambienti preconciliari cattolici-romani ma, nei prossimi giorni, siamo sicuri che non mancheranno polemiche altrettanto stizzite anche dal fronte opposto.

Last July 28th, in Loreto, at the Basilica of the Holy House, a Protestant pastor attended the Mass celebrating the "Jubilee of Youth" event. Rather than grasping the "conciliar" aspect of the issue, the usual media storms began. For now, the fuss (as can be seen in the article linked) is being raised by pre-conciliar Roman Catholic circles, but in the coming days, we are sure there will be no shortage of equally heated controversy from the opposing front.
