THE LAWS OF LOVE WRITTEN IN STONE, IN OUR MINDS, AND ON OUR HEARTS!
Please share this lesson with your family, friends co-worker and all who you can, for the expansion of the Kingdom of GOD.
The Ten Commandments, that Jesus Christ wrote Himself in stone, our minds and hearts (Exodus 20:3-17; Hebrews 10:16;8:10).
1-4-- of the 10 Commandments is love for our Father in heaven, Jesus' said, "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind." This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, (5-10, of the 10) Commandments is "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself."
Notice: The Ten Commandments is love for God the Father, and love for our fellowman, Jesus wrote the 10 Commandments with His own finger in stone and gave them to His messenger Moses a meek servant whom our Lord used to help His people in ancient times.
Today, He writes them on our minds and hearts, today, we are His servants, His messengers, the chosen people whom our Lord Jesus uses to send His good news message to the four corners of the earth.
These 10 Commandments are Jesus Christ our LORD'S character in written form, everything it says in the Bible about who God is , it says the same thing in the Bible about the Commandments of God, for example in Romans 7:12, it says the Commandments are "holy, just and good." It says God is "holy, just, and good."
It is Written, "God is love" (1 John 4:8)--"he that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love."
God teaches His love, His righteousness: "For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments: and His commandments are not grievous/burdensome" (1 John 5:3).
NOTE: We see that keeping the Commandments is love, 1-4- love for God, and 5-10- love for others , and we see the Bible teaches us that the 10 Commandments is not only love, but they are holy, just and good too, in fact, the Bible teaches us that the keeping of the Commandments is the whole duty of man!!!
"Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep His Commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. "(Ecclesiastes 12:13,14).
QUESTIONS ANSWERED BY THE BIBLE BELOW:
*Jesus writes Commandments with "His own finger in stone"
*Jesus quotes the Old Testament in giving the 2 Commandments:
(1) "Thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might." (Deuteronomy 6:5; Matthew 22:37,38).
(2) "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself" (Leviticus 19:18; Matthew 22:39,40).
(Ex. 31:18).
(On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
Matthew 22:40)
Like ten fingers hang from two arms on the hands, all Ten Commandments are fulfilled within these two. The first four commandments teach of man's relationship to God. And the last six teach of man's relationship to man.
