Heavenly Father,
We rise this Thursday morning with grateful hearts, giving thanks to You for the gift of life, health, and strength. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 118:24 (KJV), “This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” Lord, we choose joy, gratitude, and peace today.
Father, thank You for watching over us through the night and bringing us into this new day. We echo the words of Lamentations 3:22–23 (KJV), “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”
Lord, we thank You for family, friends, and every blessing seen and unseen. We are reminded in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (KJV), “In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” Today, we give thanks not only for the good but also for the challenges, trusting that You are working all things together for our good.
We ask for Your guidance, wisdom, and protection as we go about our day. Let our hearts remain thankful, our lips filled with praise, and our actions bring glory to You. As Philippians 4:6–7 (KJV) says, “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Lord, we declare this Thursday a day of favor, joy, and open doors. Thank You for being our Provider, Protector, and Prince of Peace.
In Jesus’ mighty name we pray,
Amen.
