### *The Last Feast*

**Text:** Revelation 19:9 – *“Happy are those who are invited to the wedding feast of the Lamb!”*

**Introduction**

Friends, we experience many celebrations in our lives – birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and special events. But all these earthly celebrations are fleeting, they pass by quickly. However, the Bible tells us about a *final and lasting celebration* – the Wedding Feast of the Lamb, the **Last Feast**. This isn't just about enjoying food and drink; it's a celebration of joy, eternal friendship, and unending triumph in God's presence.

**1. Understanding the Last Feast**

The Last Feast points to the magnificent gathering of God's people when Christ, the Bridegroom, welcomes His Church, the Bride, into lasting glory. It’s the fulfillment of our belief, the celebration of our rescue, and the reward for our life's journey.

**2. Who Gets to Come?**

The Bible says, *“Happy are those who are invited.”* Everyone is offered an invitation, but not everyone will accept it. The invitation comes through the good news of Jesus Christ. Those who accept Christ, live righteously, and remain faithful until the end will share in that great celebration.

**3. What Will Happen at the Feast?**

* God's people will rejoice with Christ forever (1 Thessalonians 4:17).
* Every tear will be wiped away, and sadness will be gone (Revelation 21:4).
* We will celebrate victory over sin, death, and evil.
* Everlasting rewards will be given to those who have been faithful.

**4. How Can We Be Part of the Last Feast?**

* By trusting Jesus as Lord and Savior (John 14:6).
* By living a life that pleases God and is filled with good deeds (Hebrews 12:14).
* By staying alert and prepared, because we don't know when He will return (Matthew 25:13).
* By holding firm to our faith until the very end.

Brothers and sisters, there’s a celebration far greater than any party here on earth – the Last Feast with the Lamb of God. Don't miss it! The question isn’t *will it happen?* It most certainly will. The real question is *will you be there?*

Let's live each day with our hearts set on eternity, so that when the call comes, we will celebrate with our Lord forever at the Wedding Feast of the Lamb.
