Morning, September 5th

Read; 1 Peter 5: 6-7

You've probably had something like this happen to you. Someone wants to know how you are. At first, they seem interested, but as you talk about the things that are bothering you, you realize that they aren't really listening or interested; they're just being nice. Most people already have so many things to worry about that they don't know what to do with more. Our Heavenly Father, on the other hand, says, "Don't worry about anything. You can tell me about all of them, because I really care about you.

Prayer

Father, in so many ways, I have been blessed. I really thank You. I do have some really heavy things that bother me, though. Please take care of these things in a way that helps everyone and brings You the most praise. *(Please tell the Lord what's on your mind, and what's bothering you.)* Thank You for listening to me, and hearing my problems, and what's in my heart. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
