This verse emphasizes the need to be cautious in our interactions with others, ensuring we don't inadvertently support or enable harmful behavior. Pursuing Knowledge and Discernment The apostles emphasized the importance of knowledge, discernment, and spiritual understanding. Paul prayed for the Ephesians to have "the eyes of their understanding enlightened" (Ephesians 1:18) and for the Philippians to have "love abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight" (Philippians 1:9). This pursuit of knowledge and discernment enables believers to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
