* A Message to the Body of Christ *

My heart has been filled with this message to share with you, my beloved brothers and sisters in Christ.

It has become my focus to meditate on the parable of the ten virgins (Matthew 25:1–13). I was led to see the picture of the menorah as described in the book of Revelation (Revelation 1:12–13).

The center column represents Jesus Christ, the two olive trees continually feeding oil to supply the seven lamps, with the fragrance returning to God beside His throne in heaven (Zechariah 4:1–14).

Love is the flame, and the oil is the anointing of the Holy Spirit within you (1 John 2:20; Acts 1:8), through Jesus, that feeds this flame and returns to God.

The center column branches out on both sides—these are the branches of the Church, the body of Christ. Each of you is a lamp (Matthew 5:14–16), shining with the light of life from Jesus Christ.

It is important to note: having the Holy Spirit is what allows us to be drenched in anointing oil, enough to spare for His return, as the parable of the ten virgins teaches.

The menorah references pure olive oil, symbolizing purity and sacrifice (Exodus 30:22–33).

Remember: it is not possible to please God without faith, of which the first fruit is love (Hebrews 11:6; Galatians 5:22–23). Love produces all the other fruits, which are acts and consequences of love.

So do not love as the world does. Instead, love as God does (John 13:34–35). Even sinners are to be loved—not by doing as they do, but by loving them as your neighbor: warning, helping, and guiding gently, patiently, with kindness and redeeming love, as Christ redeemed us.

Jesus is not only the center lamp shaft, but He also gives us the Holy Spirit that provides the oil to burn fervently.

He is not only our anointing, but He is also the vine, making a lasting covenant with us (John 15:1–5).

The vine refers to the blood of Jesus Christ—the wine He used as an example—and the bread, the wheat, symbolizing His body (Luke 22:19–20). He is the lifeblood in the body, giving both life and light.

So, my brothers and sisters, remain steadfast in faith and prayer, that you may remain full of His anointing oil and love.

Let Him keep you from temptation in these days, for very soon there will be a falling away (2 Thessalonians 2:3).

Do not be like the five virgins who neglected their faith and sought after the rewards of this world. We are not saved by works, education, or accomplishments—salvation is a free gift of God’s grace through Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8–9).

Pray for yourself first, then for your loved ones, your neighbors, and even your enemies. This is the love He wants us to have (Matthew 5:44).

As He asked: “When I return, will I find faith and love?” (Luke 18:8)

Keep your lamps burning. Keep your hearts full of love and the oil of the Spirit. Stay ready. Stay faithful.
