Believe it or not we are all entrepreneurs in one form or the other, just like in those days when our ancestors have to fend for themselves or are we in this generation.
Having an entrepreneurship mindset will make you understand that it is your job to train and invest in yourself if you ever want to get ahead in life.
Gone are the days of thinking and relying on government pensions and gratuity.
Your employer can terminate your employment without notice both in private and government sector (no job security)
Companies no longer want to invest in the upcoming workforce. Hence they look for those who already possess the relevant skill.
What are you going to do to stay ahead of such situations?
Will you be prepared for any eventualities?
The only guarantee you now have in your journey of life on this earth is to have an entrepreneurial mindset - this will enable you stay ahead and not be taken on awards.
