Do Not Fear Or Be Afraid Job 31:29-Psalm 27:6 NKJV
Job 31:29-37 "If I have rejoiced at the destruction of him who hated me, Or lifted myself up when evil found him
(Indeed I have not allowed my mouth to sin By asking for a curse on his soul);
If the men of my tent have not said, 'Who is there that has not been satisfied with his meat?'
(But no sojourner had to lodge in the street, For I opened my doors to the traveler);
If I covered my transgressions as Adam By hiding my iniquity in my bosom,
Because I feared the great multitude, and dreaded the contempt of families, So that I kept silence And did not go out of the door--
Oh, that I had one to hear me! Here is my mark. Oh, That the Almighty would answer me, That my Prosecutor had written a book!
Surely I would carry it on my shoulder, and bind it on me like a crown;
I would declare to Him the number of my steps; Like a prince I would approach Him.
Job 39:13-22 "The wings of the ostrich wave proudly, But are her wings and pinions like a kindly stork's?
For she leaves her eggs on the ground, And warms them in the dust;
She forgets that a foot may crush them, Or that a wild beast may break them.
She treats her young harshly, as though they were not hers; Her labor is in vain, without concern,
Because God deprived her of wisdom, And did not endow her with understanding.
When she lifts herself on high, She scorns the horse and its rider.
"Have you given the horse strength? Have you clothed his neck with thunder?
Can you frighten him like locust? His majestic snorting strikes terror.
He paws in the valley, and rejoices in his strength; He gallops into the clash of arms.
He mocks at fear, and is not frightened; Nor does he turn back from the sword.
