FIRST AMEDMENT 101:
Explanation Step by Step
#1: The federal government is prohibited in selecting an official religious doctrine and institutional practice of worship. This includes all 50 States' governments as well.
#2: The federal government cannot prohibit the free exercise of any Faith - Religion (only exception, when the harming of others occurs, no one has the Right to harm others).
#3: 'THE' freedom of speech indicates that the Free Will exercise pre-existed any form of government. Meaning God our Creator gave us our Right to speak. (The only thing you cannot do is speak threats against a person nor his/her property).
#3: The Press is allowed to publish, in print and in digital form, and broadcast only that which is true. (Slander and Liable Laws stand, and defamation of character).
#4: We the People have the Right to issue grievances no matter how great or small against the federal and State governments, even our local.
There is no provision regarding any Right to commit violence against others to get one's way. There is no provision granting Special Rights and Privilege's to one but not the other. LIFE, LIBERTY, & PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS are the only basic Rights we all have that is found in the declaration page of the Constitution i.e. Preamble.
