Day 4 – Family and Community

Theme: Building homes, raising generations

Scripture:

Psalm 127:3 – “Children are a heritage from the Lord…”

Ruth 1:16 – “Your people shall be my people, and your God my God.”


Story:
Charlie often pointed to family as the foundation of society. He saw the decline of the family as the root of cultural decay. He spoke of raising children with virtue, of parents leading with strength, and of communities standing together. Like Ruth, who clung to Naomi, and like the psalmist who calls children a gift, he believed family is sacred and generational faith essential.

Reflection:
Am I investing in my family and community as a legacy of faith?

Prayer:
“Lord, bless my home. Teach me to love and lead well. Help me build a family and community that stand strong in You.”
