Sabbath is the Lords Day from creation.
ఆదికాండము 2:3
కాబట్టి దేవుడు ఆ యేడవ దినమును ఆశీర్వదించి పరిశుద్ధపరచెను; ఏలయనగా దానిలో దేవుడు తాను చేసినట్టియు, సృజించి నట్టియు తన పని అంతటినుండి విశ్రమించెను.
And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
