Exploring Psalm 23:1-6 In More Detail NKJV 1/2

Job 3:1-10 After this Job opened his mouth and cursed the day of his birth.

And Job spoke, and said;

"May the day perish on which I was born, And the night in which it was said, 'A male child is conceived.'

May that day be darkness; May God above not seek it, Nor the light shine upon it.

May darkness and the shadow of death claim it; May a cloud settle on it; May the blackness of the day terrify it.

As for that night; may darkness seize it; May it not rejoice among the days of the year, May it come into the number of the months.

Oh, may that night be barren! May no joyful shout come into it!

May those curse it who curse the day, Those who are ready to arouse Leviathan.

May the stars of its morning be dark; may it look for light, but have none. and not see the dawning of the day;

Because it did not shut up the doors of my mother's womb, Nor hide sorrow from my eyes.

Isaiah 43:1-7 But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel; "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are mine.

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned. Nor shall the flame scorch you.

For I am the LORD your God, The holy One of Israel, your Savior; I gave Egypt for your ransom. Ethiopia and Seba in your place.

Since you were precious in My sight, You have been honored, And I have loved you; Therefore I will give men for you, And people for your life.

Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your descendants from the east, And gather you from the west;

I will say to the north, 'Give them up!' And to the south, 'Do not keep them back!' Bring My sons from afar, And My daughters from the ends of the earth--

Everyone who is called by My name, Whom I have created for My glory; I have formed him, yes, I have made him."

Psalm 104:5-15 You who laid the foundations of the earth, So that it should not be moved forever,

You covered it with the deep as with a garment; The waters stood above the mountains.

At your rebuke they fled; At the voice of Your thunder they hastened away.

They went up over the mountains; They went down into the valleys, To the place which You founded for them.

You have set a boundary that they may not pass over, That they may not return to cover the earth.

He sends the springs into the valleys; They flow among the hills.

They give drink to every beast of the field; The wild donkeys quench their thirst.

By them the birds of the heavens have their home; They sing among the branches.

He waters the hills from His upper chambers; The earth is satisfied with the fruit of Your works.

He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, And vegetation for the service of man, That He may bring food from the earth,

And wine that makes glad the heart of man, Oil to make his face shine, And bread which strengthens man's heart.

Psalm 104:19-24 He appointed the moon for seasons; The sun knows its going down.

You make darkness, and it is night, in which all the beasts of the forest creep about.

The young lions roar after their prey, And seek their food from God.

When the sun rises, they gather together And lie down in their dens.

Man goes out to his work And to his labor until the evening.

O Lord, how manifold are Your works! In wisdom You have made them all. The earth is full of Your possessions--
