Exploring Psalm 23:1-6 In More Detail NKJV 2/2

Psalm 23:1-6 THE Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.

He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake.

Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: For You are with me; Your rod and Your shaft, they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over,

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.

Philippians 4:10-20 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that now at last your care for me has flourished again; though you surely did care, but you lacked opportunity.

Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content;

I know how to be abased, and I now how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Nevertheless you have done well that you shared in my distress.

Now you Philippians know also that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church shared with me concerning giving and receiving but you only.

For even in Thessalonica you sent aid once and again for my necessities.

Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that abounds to your account.

Indeed I have all and abound. I am full, having received from Epaphroditus the things sent from you, a sweet-smelling aroma, an acceptable sacrifice, well pleasing to God.

And my God shall supply your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Now to our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.

Titus 3:12-14 When I send Artemas to you, or Tychicus, be diligent to come to me at Nicopolis, for I have decided to spend to spend the winter there.

Send Zenas the lawyer and Apollos on their journey with haste, that they may lack nothing.

And let our people also learn to maintain good works, to meet urgent needs, that they may not be unfruitful.

Ezekiel 34:11-16 'For thus says the Lord God; "Indeed I myself will search for My sheep and seek them out.

"As a shepherd seeks out his flock on the day he is among his scattered sheep, so I seek out My sheep and deliver them from all the places were they were scattered on a cloudy and dark day.

"And I will bring them out of the peoples and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land; I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, in the valleys and all the inhabited places of the country.

'I will feed them in good pasture, and their fold shall be on the high mountains of Israel. There they shall lie down in a good fold and feed in rich pasture on the mountains of Israel.

"I will feed My flock, and I will make them lie down," says the Lord God.

"I will seek what was lost and bring back what was driven away, bind up the broken and strengthen  what was sick; but I will destroy the fat and the strong, and feed them in judgment."

Ezekiel 34:23-24 "I will establish one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them--MY servant David. He shall feed them and be their shepherd.

"And I, the Lord, will be their God, and My servant David a prince among them; I, the Lord, have spoken.

Revelation 7:9-17 After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands,

and crying out with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!"

All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,

saying, Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom, Thanksgiving and honor and power and might, Be to our God forever and ever, Amen."

Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, "Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?"

And I said to him, "Sir, you know." So he said to me, "These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the lamb.

"Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them.

"They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat;

"for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes."
