Ezekiel 34:1-5 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
"Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy and say to them, Thus says the Lord God to the shepherds: "Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flocks?
"You eat the fat and clothe yourselves with the wool, you slaughter the fatlings, but you do not feed the flock.
"The weak you have not strengthened, nor have you healed those who were sick, nor bound up the broken, nor brought back what was driven away, nor sought what was lost: but with force and cruelty you have ruled them.
"So they were scattered because there was no shepherd; and they became food for all the beasts of the field when they were scattered.
Ezekiel 34:11,15 "For thus says the Lord God, "Indeed I myself will search for my sheep and seek them out.
"I will feed My flock, and I will make them lie down." says the Lord God.
Ezekiel 34:23-24 "I will establish one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them--MY servant David. He shall feed them and be their shepherd.
"And I, the Lord, will be their God, and My servant David a prince among them; I, the Lord, have spoken.
Ezekiel 34:30-31 "Thus they shall know that I, the Lord their God, am with them, and they, the house of Israel, are My people," says the Lord God.'
"You are My flock, the flock of My pasture; you are men, and I am your God," says the Lord God.
But I think that God is only mad at me.
Ezekiel 33:11, 31 "Say to them, 'As I live, says the Lord God, 'I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why should you die, O house of Israel?"
"So they come to you as people do, they sit before you as My people, and they hear your words, but they do not do them; for with their mouth they show much love, but their hearts pursue their own gain.
2 Chronicles 7:14-15 "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
"Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place.
Isaiah 66:1-2 Thus says the Lord; "heaven is My throne, And earth is My footstool. Where is the house that you will build me? And where is the place of My rest?
For all those things My hand has made, And all those things exist," Says the Lord. "But on this one will I look; On him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, And who trembles at My word.
Matthew 5:37 "But let your 'Yes' be 'Yes', and your 'No,' 'No' For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.
James 5:12-16 But above all, my brethren, do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or with any other oath, But let your "Yes" be "Yes," and your "Now," "No." lest you fall into judgement.
Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms.
Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church , and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.
And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

Psalms 107:12-21 Therefore He brought down their heart with labor; They fell down, and there was none to help.
Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, And He saved them out of their distresses.
He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, And broke their chains in pieces.
Oh, that men would give thanks to the Lord for His goodness, And for His wonderful works to the children of men!
For He has broken the gates of bronze, And cut the bars of iron in two.
Fools, because of their transgression, And because of their iniquities, were afflicted.
Their soul abhorred all manner of food, And they drew near to the gates of death.
There they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, And He saved them out of their distresses.
He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions.
Oh, that men would give thanks to the Lord for His goodness, And for His wonderful works to the children of men!
