2 Timothy 2:1-13 Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Je'-sus.

And the things that thou hast heard of me among may witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Je'-sus Christ.

No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.

The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits.

Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.

Remember that Je'-sus Christ of the seed of Da'-vid was raised from the dead according to my gospel;

Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer; even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound.

Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Je'-sus with eternal glory.

It is a faithful saying, For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him;

If we suffer, we shall also reign with him; if we deny him, he also will deny us;

If we believe not, yet ye he abideth faithful; he cannot deny himself.

Psalm 30:4-5 Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.

For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

Proverbs 24:23-25 These things also belong to the wise. It is not good to have respect of persons in judgment.

He that saith unto the wicked, Thou art righteous; him shall the people curse, nations shall abhor him;

But to them who rebuke him shall be delight, and a good blessing shall come upon them.

Revelations 21:1-6 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

And I John saw the holy city, new Jer-ru'-sa-lem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said, unto me, Write; for these words are true and faithful.

And he said unto me, It is done. I am Al'pha and O-me'-ga, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the foundation of the water of life freely.
