There are those within Christ's church who are widely known for spiritual giftings and ministries , BUT who do not endow or crown themselves with anything other than their given/ legal name.
In Scripture , we are not encouraged to lift ourselves or puff ourselves up to impress men.
Rather the opposite. I'm not going to quote various chapters and verses because you have access to the Bible , both on paper and online.
The Lord will reward faithfulness, humility and consistent surrender and obedience to His Word and the true leading of the Holy Spirit, which will always find affirmation in contextual Scripture.
I have befriended many who may be led by culture and personal history to tread a very different path to my own. That is fine, normal, expected and of course, I honor and respect that.
The Lord is FULL of Grace and I am in awe that He should choose any of us ( MOST imperfect vessels) to
bring Glory to Him , and to encourage our brothers and sisters to Worship Him, to pray and fast , to walk in heart purity and steadfastness in the Faith. Blessings to you all in Jesus Christ
