On this day when the actions of people that we will never meet here on earth are being judged. There is a truthful story in the best selling book of all time, the Bible. You can know and have a relationship with the main character of the Bible, Jesus. Every word will stand the test of time from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21. On Genesis 1 we find out how everything we will ever see on our lifetime was made. In Genesis 3 we find out that all actions we take have a consequence. In Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5 we have 10 commandments to follow. Leviticus gives us many rules that show us that we could never earn Heaven. Ruth shows us how to be a great friend. 1 Samuel 16 says man looks at the outward appearance and that God looks at the heart. Nehemiah 1 shows us how to pray. Job shows God showing that faith in God in the long run is worth the trials. Psalms shows us that in a our weakness God is strong and worth praising. Proverbs gives us wisdom. Ecclesiastes shows us that searching for things on earth will not bring complete happiness. Daniel shows us about end times. Other books show prophets words matter. The gospels show the birth and temporary death of the Savior of the world. In Romans we find the road to lead people to a relationship with Jesus. Galatians 5 shows us what values we should have in life. Hebrews 11 shows us who has faith some of which might surprise you. Philemon and Jude shows us words matter 1 and 2 Timothy with Titus show us the values needed to do ministry. Revelation 1 shows us what Jesus actually looks like. We also find what concepts for churches work and those that do not. Revelation 21 tells us heaven and earth is passing away. Jesus is coming to take His followers home with a reward where there is no more pain, sorrow or death and that the streets are made from gold. This book is pure. accurate and alive. This should be our focus and not looking to man, sports teams, entertainers or politicians for they will never bring peace and hope.
