The Word of God in Psalm 28:5 reminds us,
“Because they do not regard the works of the Lord, nor the operation of His hands, He shall destroy them and not build them up.”
This verse warns us of the danger of ignoring the mighty works of the Lord. When people fail to recognize His power, His grace, and His divine intervention in their lives, they separate themselves from His blessings. God desires to build, strengthen, and establish His people — but when hearts grow proud and ungrateful, they miss the beauty of His transforming work.
Yet, in the same chapter, verse 7 reveals another side of our loving God:
“The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song I will praise Him.”
This shows that the Lord is not only a God of justice but also a God of love, kindness, and joy. When we trust in Him completely, He becomes our strength, our protector, and our source of unshakable joy.
So, dear brothers and sisters, today let us submit ourselves to our Almighty Lord — allowing Him to build us, mold us, and shape our hearts according to His will. Let us choose to honor His works, trust His hands, and rejoice in His goodness. For when our hearts rest in Him, He builds us up into vessels of strength, peace, and praise...God bless all..
