Daniel 7:13 "I was watching in the night visions, And behold, One like the Son of Man, Coming with the clouds of heaven! He came to the ancient of Days, And they brought him near before Him.
Luke 24:50-53 And He led them out as far as Bethany, and He lifted up His hands and blessed them.
Now it came to pass, while He blessed them, that He was parted from them and carried up into heaven.
And they worshipped Him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy,
and were continually in the temple praising and blessing God. Amen.
Acts 9:36-43 At Joppa there was a certain disciple named Tabitha, which is translated Dorcas. This women was full of good works and charitable deeds which she did.
But it happened in those days that she became sick and died. when they had washed her, they laid her in an upper room.
And since Lydda was near Joppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent two men to him, imploring him not to delay in coming to them.
Then Peter arose and went with them. When he had come, they brought him to the upper room. and all the widows stood by him weeping, showing the tunics and garments which Dorcas had made while she was with them.
But Peter put them all out, and knelt down and prayed. And turning to the body he said, "Tabitha, arise." And she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter she sat up.
Then he gave her his hand and lifted her up; and when he had called the saints and widows, he presented her alive.
And it became known throughout all Joppa, and many believed on the Lord.
So it was that he stayed many days in Joppa with Simon, a tanner.
Acts 2:1-4 When the day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.
And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Acts 2:40-47 And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, "Be saved from this perverse generation."
Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them.
And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.
Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles.
Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common,
and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need.
So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart,
praising God and having favor with all the people. and the LORD added to the church daily those who were being saved.
Matthew 13:53-58 Now it came to pass, when Jesus had finished these parables, that He departed from there.
When He had come to His own country, He taught then in their synagogue, so that they were astonished and said, "Where did this Man get this wisdom and these mighty works?
"Is this not the carpenter's son? Is not His mother called Mary? And His brothers James, Joses, Simon, and Judas?
"And His sisters, are they not all with us? Where then did this Man get all these things?
So they were offended at Him. But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house."
Now He did not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief.
