Genesis 2:18-25 NKJV

Proverbs 18:22 He who finds a wife finds a good thing, And obtains favor from the LORD.

Matthew 19:4-6 And He answered and said to them, "Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning 'made them male and female.'

"and said, "For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh'?

"So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate."

Genesis 3:7-8 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings.

And they heard the sound of the LORD Good in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden.

Leviticus 18:6-11 ‘None of you shall approach anyone who is near of kin to him, to uncover his nakedness, I am the Lord.

‘The nakedness of your father or the nakedness of your mother you shall not uncover. She is your mother; you shall not uncover her nakedness.

‘The nakedness of your father’s wife you shall not uncover; it is your father’s nakedness.

‘The nakedness of your sister, the daughter of your father, or the daughter of your mother whether born at home or elsewhere, their nakedness you shall not uncover.

‘The nakedness of your son’s daughter or your daughter daughters, their nakedness you shall not uncover; for theirs is your own nakedness.

‘The nakedness of your father’s wife daughter, begotten by your father– she is your sister–you shall not uncover her nakedness.
