One of the downfall of the antediluvian world was their thoughts and demanded imaginations, It was the greatest asset at one point and it became their worst liability. Let's examine:
Genesis 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
The Bible is saying the downfall of the antediluvians world was not what they did first but what they thought and what their imaginations were focused on, before they did anything evil they thought about it and imagined it, Look at the sequence of their downfall, their thoughts became their actions, their actions became their habits, and their habits developed their characters and their characters shaped their destiny.
God destroyed the antediluvians because of what started in their thoughts and their imaginations and then became in the documentary of Genesis only evil continually and GOD was upset and He was sorry when He saw the depth at which they had sunk and God said I will destroy the man whom I have created from the face of the earth and that's the order of the world today this should be a WAKE UP call for us living in these last days.
The inhabitants of the Noachian world were destroyed, because they were corrupted through the indulgence of perverted appetite. The indulgence of appetite and base passion made their imaginations altogether corrupt.
The antediluvians were slaves of Satan, led and controlled by him because Satan takes control of every mind that is not decidedly under the control of the spirit of God it's either God or Satan you cannot Obey Both.
They worshipped selfish indulgence,—eating, drinking, merry-making,—and resorted to acts of violence and crime if their desires and passions were interfered with.
In the days of Noah the overwhelming majority was opposed to the truth, and enamored with a tissue of falsehoods. The land was filled with violence. War, crime, murder, was the order of the day. Just so will it be before Christ’s second coming (Manuscript 24, 1891). 1BC 1090.6
My brothers and sisters let's us all pray the prayer of David Psalms 139: 23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: 24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
It's time to repent and to guard our thoughts the judgement of God is coming swiftly.
