Job 38:1-3 "Who is this that obscures my plans with words without knowledge? NIV
The LORD speaks
Question in the Bible
Job 38:1-3 Then the LORD spoke to Job out of the storm. He said:
"Who is this that obscures my plans with words without knowledge?
Brace yourself like a man: I will question you, and you shall answer me.
Job 40:6-7 Then the LORD spoke to job out of the storm:
"Brace yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer me.
Answer in the Bible
Job 42:4-7 "You said, 'Listen now, and I will speak; I will question you, and you shall answer me.'
My ears had heard of you but now my eyes have seen you.
Therefore I despise myself and repent in dust and ashes."
Epilogue
After the LORD had said these things to Job, he said to Eliphaz the Temanite, "I am angry with you and your two friends, because you have not spoken the truth about me, as my servant Job has.
Romans 10:14-17 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believe in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?
And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"
But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our message?"'
Consequently, faith comes for hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.
