Hebrews 10:29 Of how much worse punishment, will he be thought worthy NKJV
Question in the Bible
Hebrews 10:29 Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot,
counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?
Answer in the Bible
Hebrews 6:4-6 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit,
and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come,
if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.
Hebrews 6:9-10 But, beloved, we are confident of better things concerning you, yes, things that accompany salvation, though we speak in this manner.
For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
Matthew 12:31-32 "Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.
"Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.
Mark 3:28-30 "Assuredly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they may utter;
"but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation" --
because they said, "He has an unclean spirit."
