Sin entered the world through Adam and Eve’s disobedience in the Garden of Eden when they ate from the forbidden tree (Genesis 3:1–7). Their rebellion brought separation from God, death, and suffering to all humanity (Romans 5:12). Yet, God’s love and mercy provided a plan of salvation. He promised a Savior who would crush the serpent’s head (Genesis 3:15). This promise was fulfilled in Jesus Christ, who came to bear our sins and restore us to God through His death and resurrection (Romans 5:18–19). Through faith in Jesus, we receive forgiveness, new life, and reconciliation with our Creator.
