WALKING WITH GOD

To walk with the Lord means more than just believing in Him—it is living in close fellowship, step by step, allowing Him to guide your thoughts, choices, and actions. The Bible says, “Enoch walked with God” (Genesis 5:24), showing us that a life of intimacy with God is possible. Just like two friends walking together in agreement, walking with the Lord requires alignment with His Word, obedience to His will, and trust in His leading.

Daily walking with God involves surrender—choosing to let Him lead rather than going our own way. It is a conscious decision to live by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). As we walk in the Spirit (Galatians 5:16), He strengthens us to overcome temptation, fills us with peace in times of trial, and produces fruit in our lives that glorify Him.

Walking with the Lord is not a sprint but a steady journey. Each day we can grow closer by prayer, reading His Word, and practicing obedience in little things. As we do, His presence becomes our comfort, His voice our direction, and His joy our strength. Truly, there is no greater privilege than walking hand in hand with the Lord of all creation.
