When I looked through the window to the sky, wondering why the pain, why the sorrow , why the hurt, why the things that make me cry. And some verse in the Bible comes to mind " the trials of Christian's faith is much more precious than of gold tried by fire . Gold melts at around 2000º F. Gold is very dense, so the impurities tend to come to the surfaces as the gold melts down. Those impurities are then scrapped off and the gold is cooled. That is how Gold is purified. When we go through trials or pain that is where the Christian shines and the impurity of sins are scraped off .Brighter than any star , or any sun , the light of Jesus the Sun of Righteousness shines forth through them because the impurities are wiped away through his blood. Jesus is the vine, the Father is the vinedresser and we are the branches at times the withered leaves would need to be cut off , so others which are healthy would grow in its place. Jesus is the potter and we are the clay and as a potter he would have to put us through the wheel while he molds and then through the fire to make us the vase of his choice. Jesus is the Shepherd and we are his sheep .If we wandered off at times the ancient shepherd of Israel would have to break our leg then bound us up and carry us home . God is our Father and we are his children at times, for us not to be prodigals his discipline is mostly needed. The same hand that inflicts us , is the same one that heals us and brings us to glory . And at that time when we get to glory , we will know , why the pain, why the sorrow , why the hurt, why the things that make us cry. In response we will hear this is why the sorrow , why the hurt, why the things that make you cry. So you could shine in my image and glory.
