With Bible evidence, is it wrong to correct a pastor?

No it is not wrong , but one should do it privately. And correct him as one would act towards your parents with respect when they are wrong about something.

“Do not rebuke an older man, but exhort him as a father, younger men as brothers,— 1Tim 5:1 (NKJV)

The Greek word for older man is πρεσβύτερος which translates presbuteros Which NT uses the term bishop, elders, and presbyters.

The word exhort here in the Greek is παρακαλέω Which translates parakaleō which means to call to one's side, call for, summon to address, speak to, (call to, call upon), which may be done in the way of exhortation, entreaty, comfort, instruction, etc.

to admonish, exhort
to beg, entreat, beseech to strive to appease by entreaty
to console, to encourage and strengthen by consolation, to comfortto receive consolation, be comforted
to encourage, strengthen
exhorting and comforting and encouraging
to instruct, teach.

But the way is presented here means to call on the side. Why is that? You don't want the church to loose respect to him as a leader .
