Attitude of Gratitude: No matter how discouraged you are today–take fifteen minutes to do nothing but praise Jesus! Start writing down all the things you’re thankful for and then praise God for His blessings. Those fifteen minutes will change the whole course of your day, for when you concentrate on your blessings and not on your problems–your whole spirit is lifted! Your attitude of gratitude is infectious! People respond differently to a smile rather than a pout, grumpy frown or face of indifference! Not only will others be blessed by their interaction with you, but you’ll be happier too! Once you start to realize how much God has given you and how blessed you truly are–it’s life changing! You’ll feel the warmth of God’s love and your faith in him will grow! With God’s strength you can trust whatever trials you are going through–to Him. And when you stop trying to fix your own problems, you’ll no longer feel frustrated, abandoned and all alone–because you’ll realize God has never left you or forsaken you and He’s not going to start now! God has your back! He loves you more than you could possibly know and He is with you always! Begin your day with an “attitude of gratitude,” and you’ll enjoy God’s sweet peace–all day long! Text: Psalm 11:1, 1 Thessalonians 5:18, Ephesians 5:20
