THE ADVENT TRUTH
Someone please, tag Fox News in the comments so we can educate them, because this is not what Christian revival is or looks like.
Let's be extremely clear: this is not revival.
What we're seeing is an emotionalist reaction to recent current events. The false revival is coming folks, but it will not be based on the Bible.
Buying Bibles, downloading apps, and listening to music God wouldn't recognize as godly (even if it is "christian") isn't revival. So, what does true revival look like? What does false revival look like?
Notice:
True Revival:

2. Repentance and Confession
“If my people… shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways…” — 2 Chronicles 7:14
“He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.” — Proverbs 28:13
3. Return to Obedience and God’s Law
“Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the LORD.” — Lamentations 3:40

4. Earnest Prayer and Fasting
“Sanctify ye a fast, call a solemn assembly.” — Joel 1:14; 2:12–13

8. Unity and Brotherly Love
“All that believed were together, and had all things common.” — Acts 2:44

“They did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, praising God.” — Acts 2:46-47
False Revival:

3. Disregard for God’s Law

“To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.” — Isaiah 8:20
4. Worldly Music and Sensual Worship
