JESUS WINS AND SATAN LOSES.
Esther 10.
The book of Esther is one of the most interesting books in the Bible, because it reveals completely the war between good and evil (the great controversy), one of the choruses say"who can battle with the Lord, I say nobody". It is very true that there's no one that can battle with the Lord, even Satan himself cannot, he only trys to but he's always been defeated, it's high time we need to understand that just as he(Satan) tried the faithful people of old so we will also be tried, but just as Mordecai stood his ground, made a faithful move and was exalted at last, for (vs 3) says that Mordecai was next to the King. Jesus has promised us victory and if we fight a good fight to the end, our reward awaits us.
Life Application.
Mordecai was a scribe of the word of God, he studied the law of God very well, this is one of the reasons he was able to say no to false worship and by God's grace he stood still when he was persecuted.
We all know that in a short time from now that worship will become a problem when the law is finally passed, freedom of worship will no longer be there and persecution will begin,who will they persecute?"those that will say no to false worship". We're living in the end time, we need to devote ourselves to Bible study and prayer so that our faith will be strengthen in Christ because faith comes by hearing, and hearing of the word of God (Rom 10:17), the only way that we can stand the coming terrible time is if we're completely rooted in the word of God and through the help of Jesus Christ,
The Bible says "study to show thyself approved of the Lord..... (2 Tim 2:15)
By God's grace,it will be said to us " well done faithful servants......" (Matt 25:23).
Here are the patience of the saints...... (Rev. 14:12).
