Galatians 1:13-24 NKJV
Jeremiah 1:4-5 Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying:
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations."
Luke 6:12-16 Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.
And when it was day, He called His disciples to Himself; and from them He chose twelve whom He also named apostles:
Simon, whom He also named Peter, and Andrew his brother; James and John; Philip and Bartholomew;
Matthew and Thomas; James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon called the Zealot;
Judas the son of James, and Judas Iscariot who also became a traitor.
Matthew 13:53-58 Now it came to pass, when Jesus had finished these parables, that He departed from there.
When He had come to His own country, He taught them in their synagogue, so that they were astonished and said, "Where did this Man get this wisdom and these mighty works?
"Is this not the carpenter's son? Is not His mother called Mary? And His brothers James, Joses, Simon, and Judas?
"And His sisters, are they not all with us? Where then did this Man get all these things?
So they were offended at Him. But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house."
Now He did not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief.
1 Corinthians 15:7-11 After that He was seen by James, then by all the apostles.
Then last of all He was seen by me also, as one born out of due time.
For I am the least of the apostles, who am not worthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.
Therefore, whether it was I or they, so we preach and so you believed.
