Good morning, everyone. Grace and peace be with you.

What another wonderful day that the Lord has given us. Today, we will head over to the Ark Encounter. Google says that it takes a minimum of 4 hours for normal people and up to 7 hours depending on how involved you get with the exhibit and experience. I intend to be very involved. If that is the case, we will be there when they open the doors and may not get to see the Creation Museum this time. But that’s okay, I can foresee another outing I the near future.

When the Creation Museum first opened up, we brought a group of kids from our then-youth group. It was a phenomenal experience then. I can only imagine what today is going to be like. I am sure that the videos do not do it justice.

Quick note: the enemy must not want me on here or down here this morning because he just tried to delete what I was typing … just saying.

The trip down here was as smooth as we have ever had coming through Indy. That city likes to torment our peace to the point of unhinged. However, we blew through there like Grant took Richmond and did not have an issue until the south side, and we had hit 74 south of town when a little grey car was trying to meet Jesus sooner than later. I blessed their little heart and prayed that they truly get to where they were going without killing anyone.

About an hour out from the hotel, we stopped at a Waffle House. That’s our thing when we travel south…at least one stop must be made at a Waffle House or Huddle House. It is mandatory.

I tell you all this silly nonsense because the world is way too uptight. The enemy has a vibrant outlook at getting us to always be on guard and looking out for the other shoe to drop. But…what if we just relied on God to deliver us to where He wants us to be? What if we looked at each situation as another step in His plan for us that day? What if we gave up our worry instead of our peace? What if we said yes to His plan instead of yes to (his) plan?
This trip was thrown together in less than a day. Yesterday I felt like I was chasing my tail all day and was not going to get out on time. I did, but it did not feel like I was going to. And yet, the trip down here was smooth, we met some great kids and an older gentleman at the Waffle House, our breakfast this morning was piping hot at the hotel and now we are about to drive to a massive display of His making. I choose Peace … how about you?

Be blessed today my friends.
