TRICK-OR-TREATERS VS. SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS.
Adam and Eve covered themselves with fig leaves (Genesis 3:7).
This coming Halloween, many will cover their bodies with costumes, and their faces with masks. Will we go out to seek them as God sought Adam and Eve, or will we hide from them?
Jesus intentionally sought to be with sinners. He mingled with the outcast in order to bless and help them. He reached sinful people where they were. He didn't wait for them to come to Him. Jesus went out to seek them.
This October 31st, during Halloween, you and I too can go out to seek the lost who are engaged in "the unfruitful works of darkness" (Ephesians 5:11). If we don't, it is because we still lack God's missionary nature and character.
Also remember that October 31st is Reformation Day, the day that Protestantism was born? And the Word of God was given back to the common people. So let share the Wor of God, and shine His glorious light, to break up the darkness of the enemy.
