1 Corinthians 1:10-25 NKJV

Isaiah 29:11-14 The whole vision has become to you like the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one who is literate, saying, "Read this, please." And he says, "I am not literate."

Therefore the Lord said; "Inasmuch as these people draw near with their mouths And honor Me with their lips, But have removed their hearts far from Me, and their fear toward Me is taught by the commandment of men.

Therefore, behold, I will again do a marvelous work among this people, A marvelous work and a wonder; For the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, And the understanding of their prudent men shall be hidden."

Daniel 2:19-23 Then the secret was revealed to Daniel in a night vision. So Daniel blessed the God of heaven.

Daniel answered and said; "Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, For wisdom and might are His.

And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise And knowledge to those who have understanding.

He reals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, And light dwells with Him.

"I thank You and praise You O God of my fathers; You have given me wisdom and might, and have now made known to me what we asked of You. For You have made known to us the king's demand."

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven:

A time to be born, and A time to be die; A time to be plant, and A time to pluck what is planted;

A time to kill, and A time to heal, A time to break down, and A time to build up,

A time to weep, and A time to laugh, A time to mourn, and A time to dance; A time to cast away stones,

and A time to gather stones, A time to embrace, and A time to refrain form embracing;

A time to gain, And A time to lose, A time to keep, and A time to throw away;

A time to tear, and A time to sew; A time to keep silence, and A time to speak;

A time to love, And A time to hate; A time to war, and A time to peace.

Romans 1:1-6 PAUL, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated to the gospel of God

which He promised before through His prophets in the Holy Scriptures,

concerning His Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who was born of the seed of David according to the flesh,

and declared to be the Son of God with power according to the Spirit  of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.

Through Him we have received grace and apostleship for obedience to the faith among all nations for His name,

among whom you also are the called of Jesus Christ;
