THE ADVENT TRUTH
In John 6:15-21, we find the story of when Jesus walked on the water. Shortly before this, He fed the 5,000 with bread and fish.
Now, Jesus walked on water because His disciples were going through a sort of time of trouble. But what did He do to prepare them for it? He fed them with bread.
The world is about to go through a time of trouble, that, according to Daniel 12, is far worse than anything this world has heretofore experienced.
So, how do we prepare? God refers to His Word as the Bread of Life. Eat and drink God's Word, and you'll make it through the coming storm just fine.
