John 5:16-23 NKJV
John 10:27-30 “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
“And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.
‘My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand.
“I and My Father are one.”
John 9:1-5 Now as Jesus passed by, He saw a man who was blind from birth.
And His disciples asked Him, saying,"Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?"
Jesus answered, "Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him.
"I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work.
"As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world."
John 5:30 "I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me.
John 6:38-39 "For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.
"This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day.
Matthew 3:13-17 Then Jesus came from galilee to John at the Jordan to be baptized by him.
And John tried to prevent Him, saying, "I need to be baptized You, and are You coming to me?"
But Jesus answered and said to him, "Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he allowed Him.
When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him.
And suddenly a voice came down from heaven, saying, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."
Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
“Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
“For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
Acts 17:30-31 "Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent,
"because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead."
2 Timothy 4:1-5 I charge you therefore before God and the lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom;
Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching,
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers;
and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.
But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.
