1 John 4:1-6 NKJV
1 Corinthians 12:1-11 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant;
You know that you were Gentiles, carried away to these dumb idols, however you were led.
Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.
There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord.
And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same god who works all in all.
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all;
for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge, through the same Spirit,
to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing, by the same Spirit,
to another the workings of miracles, to another prophesy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues.
But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.
John 14:25-31 "These things I have spoken to you while being present with you.
"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.
"Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid..
"You have heard Me say to you , 'I am going away and coming back to you.' If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, 'I am going to the father,' for My Father is greater than I.
"And now I have told you before it comes, that when it does come to pass, you may believe.
"I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me.
"But that the world may know that I love the Father, and as the Father gave Me commandment, so I do, Arise, let us go from here.
John 3:31-36 “He who comes from above is above all; he who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all.
“And what He has seen and heard, that He testifies; and no one receives His testimony.
“He who has received His testimony has certified that God is true.
“For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God does not give the Spirit by measure.
“The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand.
“He who believes in the Son has everlasting life, and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”
1 Corinthians 2:12-16 Now we have received , not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.
These things we also speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he knew them, because they are spiritually discerned.
But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one.
For "who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?" But we have the mind of Christ.
