SEVEN DECEPTIONS OF THE JESUITS.
The Great Liar, And His Instruments Of Deception
Throughout Christian history.

Satan’s most successful strategy has been to corrupt pure faith with subtle falsehoods clothed in religious garments. His most enduring and dangerous deceptions have come through the Jesuit Order, which was established to undermine the work of the Reformation and to restore papal supremacy.
Below are seven deceptions introduced or popularized through Jesuit influence that have been widely adopted among Christians today.
1. THE COUNTER-REFORMATION PROPHECIES
Liar: The Jesuit theologians Francisco Ribera and Luis de Alcázar
Deception: Reinterpretation of Bible prophecy to hide the identity of the Antichrist.
Ribera (1590) developed Futurism, teaching that the Antichrist is an individual who will arise only at the end of time, rebuilding the Jewish temple and ruling for three and a half literal years.
Alcázar developed Preterism, teaching that all prophecies of Antichrist were fulfilled in the past, by Nero or pagan Rome.
Both systems removed the papacy from the prophetic spotlight. Most evangelical Christians now teach either a future Antichrist (Futurism) or a past Antichrist (Preterism), both of which contradict the continuous, historical fulfillment seen in Scripture (Daniel 7:25; Revelation 13:1–10).
2. THE SECRET RAPTURE
Liar: Jesuit Emmanuel Lacunza, writing under the Jewish pseudonym “Rabbi Ben-Ezra” (1790s)
Deception: Christ returns secretly to take the church before the tribulation.
This doctrine was unknown to the early church and Reformers. It was popularized in Protestant circles through Edward Irving and John Nelson Darby in the 1800s, and later the Scofield Bible.
Biblical truth: Christ’s coming is visible, audible, and final (Matthew 24:27, 30–31; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17). There is no “second phase” or secret removal of the righteous before tribulation.
3. ECUMENICAL UNITY ABOVE TRUTH
Liar: Jesuit strategy through the Council of Trent and modern interfaith movements.
Deception: All Christian divisions should be healed by love and cooperation, not by returning to biblical doctrine.
This sentiment sounds holy but removes the authority of Scripture as the final test of truth. Many churches now unite on social causes while silencing doctrinal differences.
Biblical truth: True unity is based on truth, not compromise (John 17:17; Amos 3:3).
4. DOMINION THEOLOGY AND POLITICAL CHRISTIANITY
Liar: Jesuit political theology, especially through their theory of “probable opinion” and papal supremacy.
Deception: The church must rule the state, and religion should shape civil law.
This led to the persecution of dissenters and is re-emerging as Christians call for enforcing “Christian laws” by government power.
Biblical truth: Christ’s kingdom is not of this world (John 18:36). God never forces conscience.
5. MYSTICAL SPIRITUALISM (Contemplative Prayer, Ignatian Exercises)
Liar: Ignatius of Loyola
Deception: Using imagination and mental exercises to experience “union with God” through visualization or inner voices.
This blends Christian language with mystical spiritualism, preparing minds to accept false spiritual manifestations.
Biblical truth: We walk by faith, not by inner sensations (2 Corinthians 5:7; Isaiah 8:19–20).
6. MARY AS CO-MEDIATOR AND QUEEN OF HEAVEN
Liar: Jesuit Mariology
Deception: Presenting Mary as the compassionate intercessor beside Christ, co-redeemer with Him.
This sentimentality replaces direct faith in Christ with human mediation.
Biblical truth: “There is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” (1 Timothy 2:5).
7. MORAL RELATIVISM
Liar: Jesuit “Casuistry,” a method of reasoning that excuses sin under certain circumstances.
Deception: Situational ethics, where truth becomes flexible according to intention or context.
This spirit has deeply entered modern Christianity, replacing absolute obedience with justification by circumstance.
Biblical truth: “Let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay” (Matthew 5:37); “Thy word is truth” (John 17:17).
Through all these falsehoods, the adversary is preparing the world to receive his final deception, a counterfeit form of Christianity that honors human authority over divine law and miracles above truth.
Scripture warns:
“All that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life” (Revelation 13:8).
The safeguard against deception remains the same: “To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.” Isaiah 8:20.
