Psalm 84:9-12 O God, behold our shield, and look upon the face of your anointed.
For a day in your courts is better than a thousand. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God. Then dwell in the tents of wickedness.
For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord will give grace and glory; no good thing will he withhold from those who walk uprightly.
O Lord of hosts, “Blessed is the men who trust in you.”
Proverbs 3:19-24 The Lord by wisdom founded the earth; by understanding he established the Heavens,
By His knowledge the depths were broken up, and clouds drop down the dew.
My Son, Let them not depart from your eyes- keep sound wisdom and discretion;
So they will be life to your soul and grace to your neck.
Then you will walk safely in your way, and your foot will not stumble.
When you lie down, you will not be afraid, yes, you will lie down and your sleep will be sweet.
Proverbs 3:11-15 Do not envy the oppressor, and choose none of his ways,
For the perverse person is an abomination to the Lord. But His secret counsel is with the upright.
The curse of the Lord is on the house of the wicked. But He blesses the home of the just.
Surely He scorns the scornful, but He gives grace to the humble.
The wise shall inherit glory, but shame shall be the legacy of fools.

John 1:12-14 But as many as received Him to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name,
who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
John 1:16-17 And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.
For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth come through Jesus Christ.
2 Corinthians 12:9-10 And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, For my strength is made is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boost in my infirmities, that the person of Christ may rest upon me.
Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecuting, in distress, for Christ's sake, For when I am weak, then I am strong.
